Conduct usability testing sessions, participate in customer visits and calls to identify usability problems and understand users' needs, expectations and behaviors when they are using our products.
Additionally, work on graphics for GrabCAD Community, GrabCAD Blog and release emails.

Researched current and potential Cessna's customer segments, existing problems, and brainstormed opportunities for the company. Came up with an innovative design proposal concept for the interior of the upcoming Cessna private jet "Cessna Hemisphere" that will be released in 2019.
