The answer is no.
The Honda GX50 engine produces 1.7kW.
The Prototype Cricri MC15 used two 6.7kW engines and others have used more power.
I very much doubt that the GX50 would manage a 32 x 10 propeller. I would expect that engine to run with a 20" propeller or smaller.
Of course, you can use reduction drive to turn the larger prop, but that adds weight and will ineviatbly lose some power.
