Cannot open SLDPRT file

After unzipping these, I want to load it into Microstation V8i with command IMPORT/ STEP AP203/214. Otherwise this works without problems but now it won't work. who can help me with this.

I presume since it was created in 2001 version, there were some compatibility issues.
