Copper Busbar Round/Flat
Is someone educate me how can we manufacturing this copper busbar without brasing. Did anyone has come across similar design in your experience, would like to know more about the manufatcuring ways this can be produced ?

This looks like a stamped/forged part. Would need more specific info about size, tolerances, material (soft/temper, etc.) and similar, but those are the general processes used for parts like that. For small quantities, you are more likely to have it machined from stock (and/or then brazed, even if that is not preferred) as stamping and (especially) forging will come with somewhat high tooling costs. With copper, you could also consider casting though that comes with its own set of constraints.
