FLUID ANIMATION IN MECHANICAL COMPONENTS

I want to know if I can do fluid animations of my designs and the right software to use.
For instance, I would have loved it if this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N3hie_oSOMY&list=UUuN4dXvEozqzNwDXtUS5qAA ) had fluid animation, It would have been a complete visualisation.
In summary, I want to know which software will be best for such engineering fluid flow visualisations.
