I`m not really familiar with their code names, but feel free to enlighten me the difference and meanings between TA 029, HQ 1.5/12/11 and simply HQ (http://www.icare-rc.com/asg29_6m.htm) :)

By the way, I don't think it's needed to replicate exact profile as printer isn't going to print it that accurate anyways. It's all manual sanding afterwards.

That's great! One of my favorite planes.

Unfortunately I never finished the Feisler, then found I had lost the CAD files when I went to pick it back up again. Looking for a new project.

I would be careful with the scaling. If it's scaled down significantly the slicing software won't print lines typically small than 0.8mm.

Just another thought, don't forget the wash out when modeling.
