Highlight gaps on joined surfaces - GSD

Is there a possibility to highlight the gaps that occur when surfaces are joined?

The gaps are displayed within the command. But after the surfaces are joined, the gap is no longer visible, but it does exist.

In the first picture, the gap is highlighted in green, as I am within the command.

But in the second picture the surfaces are joined, but the gap is not visible.

Please help.

Thanks

Using the boundary command on the joined surface creates a boundary on the edge of the entire surface and also highlights the gaps!

Yes Varad Kulkarni you are right, if you use boundary it will create line through that you can identify the gaps in between surface.
Possible solution for that is decreasing the merging distance of that surface through join command provided that the gap is less that 0.1mm. If that is not the case you can use other commands like close surface, blend, extrapolate or other possible commands.

have you click the "surfaces' boundaries"? if click it, it will show the surface edges in colour that you choose. So when you join surfaces that has a small gap will shows color.
