How can I convert .prt files to .obj of .dxf files?

I would like to convert .prt files to .obj of .dxf files? I have some CAD files that are .prt (and .asm) format. I would like to bring them into Maya. Do you know of any file conversion software?

Find someone with ProE or Solidworks who offers conversions...I've used this site with success.
