How do I resolve "Internal error"in GrabCAD Print?

I just upgraded to version 1.89.16.40685, and in the lower right corner of the Print window, just to the left of the Print button, it says 'f370Dxxxxx * Internal error". (xxxxx is the serial number or something like that.)
In the upper left corner of the Schedule window, it says something similar, and when I click on it, it pops up with another window saying Internal error. See attachments. The IP address is correct.
Any thoughts on what I can do to fix it?

I have a similar problem with the F170. It worked back in January, my last print. IT may have upgraded our school system or something. But now it is not working with this error. I don't know what to do with it. Should I reinstall the latest GrabCAD print?
It is running version 1.77.13.26873. My colleague's GrabCAD is still working. It should be the same version that I am running.
