I need a help in doing Vibration analysis using Autodesk Nastran

I want to do Vibration analysis using Autodesk Nastran for 60 mm Diameter Shaft which is fixed by both ends.
I need to analyzed for 0-1000 hz frequency.
I need to how to set up and which frequency analyzer is good for this like Direct frequency or Morden frequency response.
I am trying to solve with Direct frequency response but i don't understand which kind to data i need to give for analysis.
