Is gear manufacturing feasible in injection molding? What are the risks?
There are two gears, which need to manufactured using injection molds. After molding analysis I have found that there is possibility of warping and sink marks on the part. Is it advisable to go for injection molding?

uring molding process provides long holding time and make sure that cooling done in mold. yoou can avoid warping. to avoid sink mark add fillers
