May I know how do i simulate the load condition 4?
The load condition 4 is to simulate loading conditions 4 in ansys, the description is " static torsional load of 5000Ibins in horizontal at intersection of centerline of pin and midpoint of clevis". How do i do that? do i have to model a clevis pin?

No, there is no requirement of making pin. instead of pin you simply insert the joints and loads.
If you are able to share the cad step file to me than I will solve it for minimum charges
