PROBLEM IN VISUALIZATION IN "Analysis of forming processes ABAQUS Lesson3" of CAEassistant

The last day I tried to start the free Abaqus lessons series, and I passed the two first lessons smoothly, but in the third lesson that is about "Analysis of forming processes" I found difficulties to understand, because the explanation was really fast and not step-by-step. Nevertheless, I accomplished all the steps after going through a long journey of different problems of searching from other sources, I am positive about that, actually with that way I had the chance to discover and try to solve problems by myself which is good.

I just want the person responsible for the document to help me with the problem below :( (or any other professional in Abaqus)

As you can see the total energy is negative and also the kinetic energy is small which means theres no huge deformation as expected..
