If reverse engineered items are patented or copyrighted, then selling would be illegal. I would encourage to take them as inspiration and develop you own and then you will be ok.....

Show me your models, then we can see if sici is doing anything under copyright law. Maybe there is something from me as well.

It really doesn’t matter if they’re patented or copyrighted. If they are reverse-engineered then you’re attempting to profit from designs that are not yours. It’s just wrong. Whether it’s legal or not is beside the point.
