solidworks sheet metal paramenters
In Solidworks for sheet metal part thickness vice what parameter is used for getting the actual size for the final product, i used bending deduction value double the thickness but after bending the flange size varied as compared to the Solidworks part. how do I get the actual size i used a 3 mm sheet, please guide me on the parameter used for sheet metal

Use the bend radius as the sheet thickness always. When you convert the base flange into a sheet metal part, on the left side of the screen you can set the parameters for the bend radius and the sheet thickness including advanced options like K factor.
After converting the extruded part into a sheet metal part you should be able to work with it. We use the same method in our research lab. The products are just fine.
