What does this message mean?
Can anyone tell me what does this message means and how can I fix the issue so it won't appear again?

It looks like some components in the assembly aren't "Resolved" (fully-loaded) but in the "Lightweight" state*.
You'll find them in the DesignManager Tree with a feather on top of the regular component icon as shown in the attached image. So, to set them to "Resolved", simply right-click on them and choose "Set to Resolved".
