Why are my uploads not able to be viewed in 3D viewer?

I uploaded several files days ago and no image has been generated for a preview and when I try to view them in 3D viewer is does not load.

There are some file types that cannot be viewed in 3d viewer. You can convert your file to STEP

What kind of files did you upload? There are some file types that will never render.

As always, the best method is to create your own renderings. It gives you complete control of the rendering and they will always be visible immediately.
