why do part files show up, but assemblies do not?
Hello GRABCAD community!! I am new to GRABCAD, so excuse me if this is a dumb question, but when I submit a model,.... why do parts ".ipt" show up, but assemblies ".iam" do not show up?

I've found that neither show up reliably, if at all, in the gallery view. However you should not have a problem in the general list of files to upload.
Keep in mind an assembly (IAM) is a collection of separate parts (IPT). If you upload an IAM you must also upload ALL the associated IPT files. An IAM file without the associated IPT files is unusable and unviewable.
