Why my models does not display on 3D view?

I'm experiencing an issue with viewing my work in 3D. Although I have uploaded my model as an STP file, it does not display in 3D view. it's always showing "preparing 3D view for this file", is it normal that this process is taking more than 10 days?
*note: Images are generated immediately.
